There are so many <a href='http://www.gain-muscle-mass.net/Arms' target='_blank'>Bodybuilding Exercises</a> for arms that most guys do way too many and simply over train their biceps entirely.  This is often why a good amount of guys can never make their arms develop.  In a world where people think that more is better I can tell you that the rule will not apply with bodybuilding and biceps work.  Too many exercises and sets and your arms will not be ready to recover in between workouts plus they will never get bigger.  To make your bi&#8217;s develop all you essentially need is two exercises.  These two Bodybuilding Exercises can make your arms pop if you employ them together.  </p>
<p>Shut Grip Reverse Chin Ups</p>
<p>The 1st of the exercises that you must use to grow big bi&#8217;s is the close grip reverse chin up.  Yes, this is merely a pull up together with a reverse grip and your hands only about 6 to 8 inches distant.  Anytime you do an exercise where you physically have to push your body thru space your muscles adapt quicker because it is a functional strength exercise.  That is why things like squats, deadlifts, chin ups, and dips are so valuable at building total body mass.  Do 4 sets of 6 to eight reps of reverse chin ups.  Pull yourself up as quick as you are able and lower yourself down slower along with a count of about 2 seconds.  Rest about 2 minutes in between sets and hit another set.  If you are able do more than just six to eight reps it is time to add some resistance.  You&#8217;ll need 1 of these belts with a chain around it to strap plates on.  If you don&#8217;t have one of these you can cross your feet and place a little dumbbell hanging from them.  Or get a cableand tie a 5 to ten pound plate round your waist.  Add just enough resistance so that you are hitting the 6 to eight repetition range.</p>
<p>Standing Bicep Barbell Curls</p>
<p>This isn&#8217;t fancy at all, simply a straight or cambered curl bar with several weights on the end.  The ideal  muscle building exercises are mostly the simplest movements with free weights.  Strict form is the essential element of a barbell curl if you want them to do something for you.  Keep your back straight along with your elbows stiff to your sides.  Do not use momentum to get the weight started up.  If you need to swing the weight up then check your ego plus lower the weights.  You want your biceps to be burning at the end of the set instead of your lower back and deltoids.  Do four sets of this for 6 to eight reps.  Do not forget that the form is really the key here because you&#8217;re looking for maximum bi&#8217;s stimulation.  Once you get to six or seven really strict reps you can cheat on 1 to get to number eight but that&#8217;s it.  Do not raise the weight till the reps are all strict.</p>
<p>Increase the weight</p>
<p>Do not let the simplicity of this bodybuilding workout fool you.  If you stick to this for 6 weeks your arms can develop but you need to make certain you&#8217;re consistently increasing the resistance plus the amount of reps you do.  If you do the precise same quantity of labor every time your body will have no reason torespond with new gains in muscle.  Push it harder each workout plus watch those biceps swell up with these two muscle building exercises!</p>
